Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made less than 24-hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. A valid card MUST be on file before booking. In the case where I have to charge a fee, if there is an invalid card on file and/or has insufficient funds, you will have 1 warning before you are banned from booking online without pre-paying for your service(s).
Late Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled service(s), I may not be able to accommodate you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee MAY be applied to future services.
Children Policy
For safety precautions and limited space, children are not permitted in the treatment room. Due to exposure to chemicals, sharp impliments, products, property, etc., I ask that you leave young children at home, or there is a waiting area right outside of my studio in my building.
Refund Policy
All services and service packages are one-time payments and are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of retail products purchased, unless the item you received is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the issue. Upon examination of the product in question, you may be able to exchange or receive a credit on your account for an equal amount. All SALE items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
